All requests for refunds must be sent

within 30 days of the purchase date. Tell us what you are
requesting a refund for and give us the order or the bill
of sale number, your username and your
password.

If merchandise was included with your
purchase it can be returned or we can deduct its cost from
the refund to be processed. Tell us what you want us to do
regarding the merchandise. If you are returning it we will
email you a Return Authorization which must be
included with the returned item(s) along with the
original bill of sale sent to you with the merchandise.

Returned merchandise must be in good
condition so that it can be put back in our inventory
for resale. NormOnDebt.com has the final decision as to the
condition of returned merchandise.

Returns are not valid until received
and collect shipments will not be accepted.
Merchandise returned without authorization or in an
unacceptable condition will not be eligible for a refund and
will only be returned to the sender at their expense.

If no merchandise is to be returned we
will process your refund from your email request.

You will not be eligible for a refund if
prior to your request you submitted the required information
for the program(s) involved and we have already provided you
with our report, evaluation and or our recommendations. This
condition applies even if the 30 day period has not expired.

You can request

The request must tell us your bill of sale number and
the item(s) you wish to return. We will then email

requesting a refund on the entire package – if so see above.
